“Mr Hodgson and his carer Vanessa would like to thank the RSM Steve Kirk for arranging Subscan and the Subscan engineer, Darren, that attended as Mr Hodgson is in a wheelchair. The engineer knew exactly what he was doing, he located the other manholes and direction of flow to locate the source of the blockage. He said that if he jetted then sewage would come back in the property. He used 2 rods to clear the blockage and restore the flow. He arrived at 6.20 and finished by 7.15. He was kind, explained what he was doing and was very professional. Thank you.”
