If there is vegetation or other issues making it difficult to get a pipe clean Scott and Paul muck in and help the jetting unit get pipes, which have been full of debris, as clean as possible.
Scott sends me load of photos of issues and pipework for my shift report. I can leave him alone to do his work and trust him to pick up all assets and do the best job possible which is hard to find.”
