Faye joined the Subscan family just a year ago, stepping into the role of Scheduling Coordinator within our drainage team. From day one, Faye demonstrated an exceptional work ethic, a positive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. It didn’t take long for her to stand out as an invaluable asset to the team. Her attention to detail, ability to manage complex schedules, and dedication to ensuring that every project ran smoothly quickly earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and supervisors alike.

Recognising her potential and contributions, Faye was soon promoted to Operations Support Administrator. A role that has seen her take on even greater responsibilities within the company. In this position, Faye has played a pivotal role in supporting both our drainage and reactive teams, ensuring that operations remain seamless and that our clients receive the highest level of service.
