Frustrated with Blocked Drains

Drain Lining Patch

Transform Your Blocked Drainage with CIPP Lining

Are you dealing with site drainage that’s constantly blocked or backing up? Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining provides a cost-effective, safe, efficient, and sustainable solution compared to traditional excavation methods. This no-dig technology minimizes disruption, reducing operational downtime, road closures, waste, and other financial impacts. CIPP lining directly repairs cracks and damage from within the pipe itself.

Our 5-Step Process

  1. Conduct a Comprehensive CCTV Survey
Our experienced team conducts an in-depth CCTV survey of your site’s drainage systems. We map out the entire drainage layout, assess the current condition of the pipes, and evaluate their capacity to handle waste. This detailed survey gives us a clear understanding of the drainage system and identifies any issues that need addressing.
  2. Generate a Defect Remediation Report
Following the CCTV survey, our professional surveyors meticulously code any detected defects and create a comprehensive remediation report. This report outlines the most effective and cost-efficient remediation process tailored to your specific needs. Often, this includes recommending CIPP lining technology for optimal results.
  3. Prepare the Pipes for Lining
Once we identify CIPP lining as the best solution, we prepare the pipes by using a robotic cutter and high-pressure water jetting equipment to clear out any debris and blockages. This step ensures that the lining material can be installed smoothly. We then precisely pull the lining into place within the host pipe, cut it to the required length, and inflate it with air to fit snugly against the pipe walls.
  4. Cure the Liner
To solidify the liner, we insert a light train into the pipe to initiate the curing process. The light train emits UV light or heat, which cures the liner in place, transforming it into a solid, durable inner layer. Once fully cured, we remove the light train, trim the liner’s ends, and reopen any lateral connections using a robotic cutter to ensure full functionality of the drainage system.
  5. Perform a Final Survey
To confirm the success of the remediation work, we conduct a follow-up CCTV survey. This final inspection verifies that the liner is properly installed, defects have been addressed, and the drainage system is operating optimally.
