Welcoming the Latest Addition to our Business Development Team
We are excited to welcome Nicky Allen to the Subscan team as we expand our business development department. Nicky brings over 12 years of experience from managing Operations, Fleet, and Customer Service in her family business in South Africa.
Since moving to Leeds in 2015, Nicky has gained nine years of valuable experience in the UK construction industry. Her expertise spans demolition, surfacing, civils, and recycling, providing her with a diverse and relevant background.
Nicky excels in Health and Safety, operations, key account management, and ISO accreditations. Her dedication to exceptional service aligns perfectly with Subscan’s values and goals.
Nicky demonstrated her skills by mobilising a multimillion-pound site within three months and making it operational in the first month. She also managed a start-up project in South Africa, successfully warehousing, packing, and distributing school textbooks.
Her commitment to excellence is evident from upgrading ISO 2008 Quality Standards to ISO 2015 Standards. Nicky also achieved the highest sales increase in key account management over 12 months and led strategic changes, including an internal newsletter.
