Elaine Sheppard

Elaine joined Subscan as our Procurement Manager in March 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise. With seven years of hands-on experience in the Construction Industry, Elaine plays a pivotal role in enhancing our procurement strategies. Her collaboration with the operations and finance departments ensures that we achieve our budgetary goals and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Her extensive career spans over 15 years in purchasing, during which she has honed her skills in negotiation, planning, and resource management. Elaine is also a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), which further reinforces her expertise and ability to navigate complex procurement challenges. This combination of experience and certification positions her as a key driver of Subscan’s strategic growth and success.

Outside of her professional role, Elaine is deeply committed to her family life as a mother of four. She values her downtime, which she spends enjoying long walks with her German Shepherd, Paddy. Elaine’s passion for Leeds United is well-known, and she also enjoys socialising with friends and colleagues. This blend of personal interests and professional dedication makes her an excellent fit for our team, contributing not only to our projects but also to our team’s dynamic and culture.
