IMS Robotic Cutting & Lateral Reopening

Subscan are now able to provide a robotic cutting service across the UK. Primarily used to reopen lateral connections on completion of relining and patch lining works, our highly trained teams are able to accurately locate the incoming connection and ensure it is fully reopened to allow for the continued operation of the incoming connection.

In addition to the reopening of lateral connections, our cutter is also used to trim back intruding connections, remove large roots where traditional methods are ineffective and the cutting out of concrete/grout where excavation is not possible or cost effective. We are always finding new and innovative ways of utilising our robotic cutter, so it may just prove to be the solution to your problem when all other options have been exhausted.
